Crestliner received its eleventh-straight Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) at the 2018 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show, recently. The CSI award honors boat builders whose customer-satisfaction scores are among the best in the industry.
“Every year we strive to deliver the absolute best product and service for our customers,” Crestliner President Eric Hendrickson said. “Receiving the CSI Award for the eleventh-straight year lets us know that we’re meeting—and exceeding—their expectations.”
Crestliner received the 2017 NMMA CSI award in two categories: Aluminum Outboard Boats and Pontoons, with the latter award coming just one year into Crestliner’s re-entrance into the pontoon market. To receive the award, companies must achieve and maintain an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based upon information provided by consumers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between Jan. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2017. Crestliner exceeded that benchmark with scores of 91.03 percent in the Aluminum Outboard Boats category, and 91.28 percent in the Pontoons category.
The award announcement follows another successful year for Crestliner, and the start of a new product year that will feature an all-new Utility-V model, two shallow-water Mod-Vs and a brand-new Deep-V.
“Receiving the CSI award is the perfect way to kick off another year of fantastic new product and exceptional customer service,” Crestliner Customer Service Manager Vince Shimanski said. “Our happy owners inspire us to continue delivering at the highest level.”
