OTSEGO, Minn., March 14, 2017 – Crestliner received its tenth-straight Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) at the recent Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show. The CSI award honors boat builders whose customer-satisfaction scores are among the best in the industry. The award announcement comes at an exciting time for Crestliner, which recently launched several new boat models and a new pontoon line, and introduced updates across its line-up.
“Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and the CSI award offers timely affirmation that we’re succeeding in keeping them happy,” Crestliner President Eric Hendrickson said. “We look forward to delivering even more with our exciting 2017 model introductions, and in the years to come.”
Crestliner received the 2016 NMMA CSI award in the category of Aluminum Outboard Boats, with an impressive 91.36 percent satisfaction rating. To receive the award, companies must achieve and maintain an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based upon information provided by consumers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between Jan. 1, 2016, and Dec. 31, 2016.
“Earning our tenth-straight CSI award means as much to us as our first award did,” Crestliner Customer Service Manager Vince Shimanski said. “Every year our goal is the same: to make sure our customers are as happy as possible. We believe that the new models and upgrades we’re making for 2017 will continue to answer customer needs and wants at a high level.”
